How long does shipping take?

Stock products ship in 1–2 business days via USPS with tracking. Custom engraved pieces ship 3–5 business days after you approve your quote.

What file types do you accept for custom orders?

JPG, PNG, PDF, or SVG. Phone photos of sketches work too — we clean them up. Don't have artwork? Describe the idea and we'll design it.

Can I pick up at a show instead of paying shipping?

Yes. Tell us which show in your order notes and we'll bring it to the booth. No shipping charge for show pickup.

What is your return policy?

Stock products: 30-day returns, unused and in original condition. Custom engraved pieces are final sale unless we made an error — then we make it right.
